Advanced Video Conferencing with Intelligent Camera Tracking

To support seamless hybrid meetings, we integrated Cisco SX80 video codecs with SpeakerTrack 60 PTZ cameras, providing automatic speaker tracking and enterprise-grade video. Paired with an 85” Samsung 4K display and high-resolution video switching, the solution ensures crisp visuals and smooth transitions between presenters.

Flexible Presentation and Table Connectivity

We equipped both rooms with presentation inputs at the table and podium, including HDMI and mini display port retractors, USB charging, and power outlets—allowing users to present from any position without disruptions.

Clear, Scalable Audio Coverage

Ceiling-mounted speakers and programmable audio amplifiers were installed for balanced room-wide sound. Table array microphones and wireless microphone options capture voices clearly—whether seated or standing—ensuring natural communication across all meeting types.

Unified Touch Panel Control and Room Automation

Cisco 10” touch panels were deployed with advanced processors, giving users control over AV inputs, lighting, and blinds from a single interface. This user-friendly setup eliminates complexity and improves meeting flow.

Integrated Display, Audio & Camera Technology

Across both rooms, Cisco PTZ cameras, Shure table microphones, and 4K displays work together to deliver clear visuals, high-quality audio, and a seamless hybrid meeting experience.
