How do we gather Health Insights?
With Meeting Health Insights and User Health Insights from ET Group, we use real data collected from the everyday usage of your meeting spaces, to help you determine and analyze patterns in your workplace.
Our Remote Solutions program allows us to identify and provide analytics about the in-meeting and user experience.
Insights are gathered from our Remote Monitoring dashboard, which collects analytics from our Remote Monitoring software, including:
- Remote Monitoring alerts
- Automated Room Testing logs
- Incident reports
- Platform data
- Other sources connected to your network
Data such as call quality, diagnostic trends, consolidated platform figures, and other key metrics are collected.
We can detect meeting insights such as frequency, desired meeting locations, which platforms are most used, total video meeting hours, and the quality of your video meetings both during and after calls.
We are also able to provide user insights about your remote participants who belong to your network, like how frequently they choose to work remotely or from home. We can evaluate data such as if they are often in back-to-back meetings, how much focus time they have, and how well new tools or initiatives are being adopted.
These insights allow us to interpret and draw educated conclusions regarding the health of your meeting spaces, meeting experience, and user health. This data is presented to you at regularly scheduled intervals, and your Program Manager will help you make informed decisions about planning for the future of your workplace.
