What is a Program Manager?

Our Program Managers provide a dedicated point of contact for all of your support needs. They will work closely with you to ensure that your support program is tailored to your specific needs, onboard you to your support program, keep you up to date on the status of your systems and service program, document and communicate the support process, and provide scheduled reports and trend analysis on all the support services you are subscribed to.

Scheduled reports that give you an overview of usage statistics, room capacity, platform usage, and failure rates. We review the data, identify patterns, and co-create a plan for continued success and growth.
