More Days in the Office Means More Pressure on Every Room
Since fall 2025, RBC, BMO, Scotiabank and TD have asked Toronto staff to be in the office four days a week, and the Ontario Public Service went back full time on January 5, 2026. Rooms set up for a few hybrid calls a week are now booked back to back. We’ll show you which rooms need work first, before you spend.
Pourquoi les équipes choisissent ET Group
Who We Work With in Toronto
Most of our Toronto clients have strict rules about security, procurement and uptime: banks and insurers, provincial and federal government offices, courts, utilities, hospitals and universities. ET Group is a qualified supplier on the Government of Canada’s Audio Visual Supply Arrangement (AVSA), so federal departments can buy through an existing vehicle. Recent work includes more than 700 video-enabled justice spaces for a provincial court system and 176 rooms across 40 sites for an Ontario utility.

Questions About Working With a Toronto AV Company
Does ET Group rent AV equipment for events in Toronto?
No. ET Group designs, installs and supports permanent AV systems in offices, government buildings and other workplaces. For a conference, gala or one-day event, a Toronto AV rental company is the right fit.
What does a Toronto AV company like ET Group install?
ET Group installs boardroom, conference room and huddle room AV, Microsoft Teams Rooms, training and town hall spaces, and specialized rooms like courtrooms and control rooms. Each project covers design, installation, programming and ongoing support.
Can you install after hours in a downtown office tower?
Yes. Many Toronto towers limit noisy work and freight elevator use during business hours, so we book install windows with your property manager and schedule around your meeting calendar.
Which parts of the GTA do you cover?
All of Toronto, including the Financial District, Midtown, North York and Scarborough, plus Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville and the rest of the 905. Our office is at 130 North Queen St in Etobicoke, near the Gardiner and Highway 427.
How long does a meeting room installation take?
A single conference room usually takes 1 to 2 days on site once equipment arrives. Multi-room projects run in phases, so most of your rooms stay available.
Can you support AV rooms another company installed?
Yes. We review the existing rooms first, then add them to remote monitoring and support, or recommend which ones to replace.
