What’s the difference between “platform-native” rooms and BYOD rooms?
Platform-native rooms are designed around a specific platform experience (like Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms) so meetings feel consistent and users rely on familiar controls. BYOD rooms give users flexibility to bring their own device, but the experience depends more on the user and can be less consistent. We’ll help you choose the right approach for each of your spaces.
