What We Did for a Large Utility Company

Ergonomic furniture in modern conference room with audio visual technology designed to support hybrid meetings.

Comprehensive AV & VC Design & Installation

We engineered and deployed audio-visual systems for 176 rooms—from small huddle spaces to executive boardrooms—across 40 locations. Our turnkey approach includes space planning, equipment specification, video walls, mobile carts and automated camera setups, all built to standardized templates for consistent user experience.

Seamless Videoconferencing Migration & Cloud Integration

ET Group managed the phased migration from a legacy Cisco environment to Pexip, optimizing call routing, dial plans, and firewall traversal. We then integrated Microsoft Teams CVI, enabling internally-initiated calls to connect seamlessly to Teams, Zoom, Webex, or Google Meet meetings using the room systems.

Standardized Room Templates for Consistency & Scalability

We developed and implemented uniform room design templates that streamline configuration and installation across both new builds and refresh projects—ensuring efficient roll-outs, consistent user experiences and easy expansion as needs evolve.

Proactive Remote Monitoring & Detailed Reporting

By deploying remote monitoring for continuous system-health monitoring and workspace analytics for in-depth usage data, we deliver real-time alerts plus monthly dashboards. These reports combine high-level summaries with raw data, empowering IT to plan capacity, schedule firmware updates and tailor user training before issues arise.

End-to-End Managed Services & Support

Our team delivers responsive and preventative maintenance as part of every AV/VC system contract. From timely troubleshooting to routine inspections, we ensure optimal performance and swift resolution of any disruptions—minimizing downtime and support overhead.

Ongoing Consultation & Strategic Advisory

Beyond implementation, we partner on AV strategy for retrofits, upgrades and new construction. Our experts develop room design standards, advise on technology roadmaps and collaborate on long-term plans—keeping the utility’s AV ecosystem resilient, future-ready and aligned with evolving business needs.
