Since 2022, we’ve partnered with a leading Canadian independent school on just over 25 AV projects spanning two campuses. At their newly built senior campus, we delivered full AV integration from the ground up—refining the original design, coordinating logistics, and managing installation. At the junior campus, we upgraded classrooms, gymnasiums, a swimming pool, and shared spaces to create connected, tech-enabled environments that support clarity, accessibility & safety.

We delivered 25+ AV projects across two campuses—supporting 85+ classrooms, 4 gymnasiums, a swimming pool, boardrooms, multipurpose spaces, and large common areas through both new construction and retrofit projects.

Purpose-Built Classroom Technology

We equipped 49 classrooms with audio systems designed to support clear instruction, student participation, and ease of use—helping educators maintain attention and clarity throughout the school day.

Standardized Control & User Interfaces

Consistent touchscreen layouts and control logic were introduced across classrooms and specialty spaces, reducing complexity and ensuring a predictable experience for educators and support staff.

Integrated Campus Communication Infrastructure

Paging, intercom, and room audio systems were unified into a single communication backbone—supporting daily announcements, safety protocols, and long-term system expansion.

Centralized Oversight for IT Teams

System components and administrative interfaces were configured to support centralized monitoring and faster response—simplifying ongoing management for IT teams.

Scalable, Future-Ready AV Standards

We developed repeatable AV templates and room standards that allow the school to scale consistently as new spaces are added or existing ones are refreshed.

Through a partnership with ET Group, the Inclusive Design Research Center (IDRC) aimed to create technologically advanced spaces aligned with their commitment to digital inclusion.
