In 2025, ET Group partnered with Sagamok Anishnawbek First Nation to support the newly built Council Chambers with a hybrid-ready meeting environment aligned to the Nation’s governance practices and long-term needs. Working closely with Sagamok’s IT & Communications Department, we delivered a modern conferencing environment using a Plixus multimedia conferencing system with individual Televic uniCOS table units, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and dedicated AV infrastructure. The system was designed with future connectivity in mind, including plans to enable secure online access for Members through a dedicated portal as digital engagement continues to evolve.
